Nadia Pendleton has spent 17 years driving customer experience to the heart of business development, keeping purpose and building profit. She runs a successful international consultancy improving end to end experience with in-depth diagnostics, management training, brand development and communication. A forerunner in changing the focus of business from company-led to customer experience-led, with a proven track record of growing loyalty, retention and revenue.

Qualified in Public and Media relations, Nadia chose to specialise in the hospitality industry working in management for Gordon Ramsay Holdings, Rick Stein and The Seafood Restaurant Group, numerous holiday, hotel and travel brands as well as BIDs and tourism boards. ILM qualified, she was chosen as a Hospitality Thought Leader for the Green Earth Appeal 2018/9 and UK Ambassador for Typsy hospitality business development.

Alongside her hospitality clients, she works with businesses from retail, entertainment, design to tech sector on customer journey mapping, growth and innovation. She was trained by John McMahon, creator of Forum21 Business Diagnostics, a high impact segmentation and business development planning tool.

Nadia has lived and worked in London, Paris and Hong Kong but swapped big city life to live by the sea in Cornwall with her two young sons 8 years ago. She continues to travel for work and pleasure knowing wanderlust and adventure are firmly embedded in the family DNA. When she’s not SUP’ing, rowing or running round the coast, she is likely to be planning their next kidventure.
